Graduated in Medicine at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF) in 1997, she has a residency in Clinical Medicine and Rheumatology at Santa Casa de Misericórdia in Belo Horizonte. Master and Doctorate in Health from UFJF. He has the title of Specialist in Rheumatology by the Brazilian Society of Rheumatology and the Brazilian Medical Association (2001) and the title of Specialist in Clinical Densitometry by the International Society of Clinical Densitometry (2007) and by the Brazilian College of Radiology (2014). She is currently Adjunct Professor of Rheumatology in the Department of Clinical Medicine at the Medical School of UFJF and Supervisor of the Medical Residency Program in Rheumatology at HU / UFJF. Rheumatologist at Reumatocenter and researcher at the Minas Gerais Research Center (CMIP). President of the Minas Gerais Society of Rheumatology 2019-2020 and member of the Commission of Endemic and Infectious Diseases of the Brazilian Society of Rheumatology.
