Dr. Maria F. Navarro is a physician and a healthcare executive with over 15 years' experience in hospital strategic and operational management, focusing on quality, safety and cost-efficiency. She enjoys helping healthcare providers develop better ways to plan, offer and deliver care, working closely with front line staff and executive leadership to improve patient, financial and operational outcomes. Dr. Navarro worked in multiple executive roles at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston during a period of profound strategic and operational change. She has since led the structuring and execution of various cancer center projects in Latin America, the US and Spain, developing strong relationships with leading global and regional cancer care institutions, providers, suppliers, and executives.

Dr. Navarro is a certified LEAN healthcare process improvement expert and has applied the LEAN model to improve clinical operations with measurable and attainable goals. Throughout her career, she has been invited to speak about diverse healthcare management topics in the USA and abroad. Dr. Navarro earned her Masters in Public Health from Harvard University.
