She has a degree in Medicine from the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Santa Casa de São Paulo, and a Master's and Doctorate in Medicine (Hematology) from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo. She is currently an Adjunct Professor of the Discipline of Hematology at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Santa Casa de São Paulo. Co-Founder, Technical Director, and President of the Scientific Board of the International Myeloma Foundation Latin America. Member of the International Myeloma Working Group. Member of the Board of Directors of the International Myeloma Society. Co-founder of the Brazilian Myeloma Group (GBRAM). She works in the Hematology Area on gammopathies and related diseases, with a focus on multiple myeloma.
